WORK FOR LANCASHIRE
BETTER THAN FOR YEARS (Received October 27, 3 p.m.) - LONDON, October 26. Another indication of returning confidence is the news that the Lancashire spinning mills have sufficient orcl&rs to put tho mills at full-time. At the beginning of the month the mills were working at 50 pen cent, of normal capacity, but are now at 73 per cent., and order books are better than for years past.
