MINERS’ UNION SUED ALLEGED UNLAWFUL STRIKE A claim for a .penalty of £SOO from the Grey Valley Miners’ Union for-an alleged ln-bach of'section 15 of the Labor Disputes Investigation Act,, ill that there wits an unlawful strike of members on June 17 at the Wiillaenrt mine, was made by the Labor Department in the Grcymouth Alagistrato’s Court.

Mcldrum, held that while there was a suspicion, of union responsibility, no proof of it had been adduced. lie dismissed the'information.
