HUSBAND’S ILLNESS

WIFE ARRESTED ADELAIDE, June 8. After eating some sponge cake, Albert Bertram Jackson, a member of a camp at the quarries, near Fort Wakefield, became seriously ill. Leslie Wyman, of' Cuming street, Mile End,' who took the cake to the camp, showed similar symptoms, but both recovered. Jackson was in hospital for two days. The matter was reported to the police, and late this afternoon Mrs. Wyman, 28, was arrested and charged with attempted murder.
