’QUAKE REFUGEES
NO MORE RAILWAY PASSES (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. Free railway tickets for earthquake refugees in Wellington are to be withdrawn next week. Hundreds are still staying in Wellington, and the majority are considered to have no good reason for further delay. Applications for free passes on the railway must be received by the Red Cross Society before next Tuesday.
