YOUTH AND SEX
ATTITUDE OF CHURCH ROME, March 23. Holemn condemnation of sex education of youth is contained in a decree issued by the Supreme Congregation of the Holy Office, the highest Roman Catholic body dealing with morality. It declares that writers and teachers, oven if they are Roman Catholics, act wrongly if they instruct the young m all aspects of sex. It describes as harmful "eugenic theories tending to improve the human race," as such improvement is provid-/ ed for by Divine, ecclesiastical, nrul human laws relating to marriage.
