U.S. CHURCH ATTITUDE “UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS” (Received March 21, noon.) NEW YORK, March 20. The federal council of the Churches of Christ in America approved of birth control under certain conditions. A report submited by the council’s committee on marriage and the home was not unanimous. A minority report advocating “abstinence as the ideal.”
