SHATTERED ILLUSION
SANTA CLAUS MYTH FATHER CLAIMS £BO (Received December 29. 2 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 28. Tlio courts will shortly have to estimate the legal value of illusion as a result of an action by a. father against a professor for informing his eight-year-old son that Father Christmas was an invention and that his parents placed the presents in his stocking.
The father is claiming £BO moral damages, as he. desired his son to continue the illusion.
