HUNTING MISHAP
PRINCE GEORGE INJURED A DISLOCATED SHOULDER LONDON, Dec. 27. While hunting wall the Del voir hounds, Prince George was thrown heavily on his left shoulder, through his horse somersaulting. The Prince oi Wales, who was ruling nearby, rendered assistance. Prince ueorge was -X-ray-ed at Melton Mowbray Hospital. Ins shoulder is badly bruised and dislocated. Prince George’s\slioulder was reset under an anaesthetic, liis condition is satisfactory. li was the first appearance of the brothers in the hunting field since the Jxing's illness. The Sunday Express says the Prince of Wales was riding shouluei* to shoulder with Prince George at a fast pace, when the latter s horse stumbled at a flooded ditch, and threw the rider clear. The Prince of Wales ran to his brother, who was lying helpless. In the hut he requested a cigarette and set his teeth while his shoulder was being strapped with a stirrup leather. . A woman spectator drove 1 nnce George over a bumpy road eight nnles to hospital, where Ins shoulder was set.
