NEW ZEALAND CHAMPIONSHIPS (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. Subject to the approval of the New Zealand Amateur Rowing Association, it was decided ul a meeting of the Wellington Regatta Club this evening that the New Zealand vowing championships for the 193031 .seasons should be held in Wellington on Saturday, February 28. Tlie. committee derided to include an extra event- welter junior tours.
