SETTLED OUT OF COURT
AN INVOLVED ACTION (Par Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The case of the actions and crossactions of Oscar Albert Jorgcnsen versus Thomas B. Dwan (reported on page 10), has been settled out of court. Dwan is to pay Jorgiensen £2OO and give him a discharge for the ££oo admittedly due on account of the claim. Dwan is to pay ,£l5O as costs covering all the actions.
