Tlip Mayor of Wairoti, Mr. Ti. T Esther, lias received n circular from the aeting-Prime Minister, the lion E. A. Ransom, stating that His Maj esty the King has approved of tlie arrangements made for the observance of Armistice ,Day as hitherto, including two minutes’ silence at 11 a.m. on that day and the suspension of vehicular trariie, but not including rail or sea transport.
