1300 CASES REPORTED (Received Nov. 6, 11 a.m.) OTTAWA, Nov. 5. A message from Brandon states that the discovery ot 1300 cases of trachoma among Russian Menrionite settlers) is creating alarm. The Government is opening 11 clinics.
