COMMONWEALTH BANK (Received November 6, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 5. Referring to a message from Australia indicating a possibility of the Commonwealth Bank creating a £20,000,000 credit for loan works, Mr. Seullin said the Federal Government and Commonwealth Bank can confidently lie relied not to do anything that would weaken the position of the hank or injure Australia as a whole.
