ANOTHER COATS MILLIONAIRE (Eloc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Ahau.) LONDON, April 18. Tho will of Major ("oats, the tenth member of the family to die a millionaire., has been proved at £2,797,0C0. which is all left to his widow. The death duty amounts to £1,124,000. The late Major Andrew Coats had not taken a prominent part in the management of the well-known cotton manufacturing firm of .1. and 1\ Coats, Ltd., as ii:u| ids- brothers, and other members oJ the family. He was the sixth son oi the late Mr. Thomas Coats, and was b'J years of age. He served in the South African war, receiving the Queen's Medal and four clasps, and the D.S.O. The last member of the family to die was Mr. W, If. ('oats, a cousin, whose estate was valued at £!ly>05,000.
