CHRISTCHURCH SEA ACCESS (»'«> Pruss Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Following is the personnel of the commission which, about the middle of May, will begin the work of taking evidence regarding tho best means of giving direct access to the sea from Christchurch: Sir Walter Stringer, retired juuge of the Supreme Court, president; Mr. Drummond Holdemcss, civil and harbor engineer, Auckland; and Mr. William Morley, formerly general manager of Messrs. Mason Struthers, Ltd., Christchurch.
