THREE-POWER TREATY
THE DRAFT COMPLETED ITALY'S ATTITUDE (Received April lit, .'! p.m.) LONDON'. April 18. The drafting- of the throe-power treaty has been completed and particulars have been sent to Paris, Rome, Washington, and Tokio. The views of the governments concerned must be received before ii can be decided whether a plenary scssio'n can be held on April 22. ROME, April .IS. Signor Mussolini to : day received tho entire delegation from Loudon, and expressed full approval of the Italian attitude at the Naval Conference; it is officially announced that Signor Orandi and Admiral Siranni will return. to London for the .signing of, the treaty on Tuesday.
