PURCHASES IN CANADA (Elbc. Tel. Copyright—United Truss Ahrii.) MONTHKAL, April.l7. S'ix high-class Canadian-bred Ayrshire Lulls, and a shipment of Jersey cattle, have been selected by Messrs. A. 11. Weii' and Fred. Mills, officer's of the New Zealand Ayrshire Breeders' Association, for the purpose of improving the dairy herds of the Dominion. They will leave Halifax by the Canadian Constructor on April 25.
