USEFUL TAPE REPAIRER
Transparent and adhesive tape tor repairing and finishing off many kinds of wearing apparel is a useful novelty. It is ironed on with a hot iron and as waterproof. STt can he used in place of machining or sewing, to turn up the bottom, of a skirt, lo put on invisible patches, and repair macintoshes and umbrella covers, and for facingrf where the stitches must not come through.
When the schoolboy's trousers bcfcomc 'frayed and only a very small turning can he allowed for repairing, this "mender" will he found invaluable.
A small strip of the adhesive tape of right length is cut oil', placed at the hack of the turn, and ironed down, and the "turned over" part adheres ilrmly to the trousor leg, witli the added advantage of not the slightest suspicion of any stitches showing on the right side.
The covering binding is obtainable in brown, black, or grey, but the adhesive is the same whichever color covering is bought.
