ENGLAND-AUSTRALIA INAUGURATION APRIL 30 (Elec. Tel, Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received April 17, 11 a.m.) .MELBOURNE, April 17. The wireless telephone service between England and Australia will be inaugurated on April 30 by a conversation between the Prime Ministers, .Mr. .MacDonald and -Mr. Scullln. The service will, be available for commercial use in Sydney and Melbourne. The charge will be £2 per minute, with a minimum charge of iX>.
