CLAUSE RESTORED
DEATH PENALTY DISPUTE (Received April 18. 3 p.m.) LONDON, April 17. The. House of Commons restored without division the clause in the Army Bill abolishing the deas'i pe-ialty for cowardice, which was deleted from the bill by the House of Lords yesterday.
