A DAILY BROADCAST (Received April 16, 2 p.m.) LONDON, April 15. Daily, except Sundays, from 5.55 p.m. to 6.15 p.m., British summer time, for a month beginning on Tuesday next, Chelmsford station will broadcast a special Empire news bulletin witli the object of obtaining definite evidence of the, utility and acceptability of such broadcasts before the departure of delegates to the Colonial Conference.
