HELD BY BANDITS
MISSIONARY IN CHINA (Received April 16, 2 p.m.) OTTAWA, April 15. A report from Hamilton, Ontario, states that news has been received reporting that the Rev. C. A. Bridgeman is held by Chinese bandits. He is a pioneer Canadian iu China, having been there for 17 years. He left here a year ago. Great anxiety is felt regarding tho safety of his wife and three children.
