The weekly quotations lor the undermentioned classes of frozen meats, based on the actual sales of wholesale quantities of carcases ol mutton or Jamb or quarters of beef, delivered to Smitlilield market, and/or ex London stores, have been compiled as - follows by the quotations committee at Smithficld. To arrive at the equivalent ex ship values a farthing per lb. should be deducted from the prices quoted below.
