VERY KEEN BIDDING
EXCEED INVERCARGILL PRICES

The second Dunedin woo! sale commenced this morning, 23,000 bales being offered. Bidding was very keen. Bradford secured the hulk of the fleece wools, while Continental buyers took a large proportion of the pieces. The prices did not, show such n pronounced drop compared with the December saie as was anticipated. Halfbrods at the outset, were Id to M down, and crosshreds '2d down.
Compared with the Invereargill sale the prices were Id to fd up, and the passings were small.
