The victims were shot at various prison •camps, where (hey had been confined since last year. Relatives have appealed to others of the same religion at Riga to hold Requiem Mass, which is not permitted in Russia. Accordingly, the Orthodox Russian Church is organising a great, I'atiikhida for to-morrow.
