MIGRATION FROM BRITAIN
DECREASE LAST YEAR (Received February 1, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 31. The civil accounts show a, general decrease in migration for 1929. Tho amount voted in the Estimates was £1,418,000. .The decrease is chiefly due to restrictions imposed by Australia, Canada, and' New Zealand.
