BULGAKIAN PROTESTS ' f STRIKES IN SOFIA (Received Nov. 23, 10 a.m.) SOFIA, Nov. 21. For the second tnne in a week, Sofia is on strike against the reparation deinands. AJl' the factories, shops, and hanks were closed for three and a-half hours. Crowds demonstrated in front of the foreign legations against the Allies’ demands of £500,000 a year for 36 years, whereas Bulgaria offers £400,000 conditional on a five years’ moratorium.
