GRANTING OF CONCESSION (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 13. The Under-Secretarv for Colonies was asked in the House of Commons whether the draft agreement with Mr NoVames'k'y for Dead Sea concessions, whose aims were given in a White Paper issued three days before the dissolution of the late Parliament, had now been ratified. Mr Limn replied that the preliminary agreement was signed on October 22, and the final draft of the concession was now under consideration.
