DEATH OF SWAGGER
CAR DRIVER TO STAND TRIAL (Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, this day. As the result of the death of a swagger, Oscar Larsen, 57, Noel 1). Robertsoh, a service car driver, to-day was committed to tho Supreme Court for trial on a charge of negligently driving, causing death. At the inquest on Thursday the Coroner said ho considered Larsen’s death attributable to the failure of Robertson to keep a proper lookout.
