EMPIRE FREE TRADE
ADVOCACY IN CANADA OTTAWA, Nov. 12. Free trade within five years is the aim of a resolution placed on the order paper of the House of Commons by Mr. O. W. Far slier, Progressive member, for discussion when Parliament meets. It is urged that British preference should bo progressively increased until' free trade is obtained.
