PRINCESS VICTORIA DEAD
UNHAPPY ROMANCE ENDED LONDON, Nov. 12. A report from Cologne states that the ex-Kaiser’s sister, Princess Victoria, who married the young Russian, Zoubkoff, died to-day. The ex-Kaiser and his elder sister, the ex-Queen of the Hellenes, had been advised of bellow condition, and were in frequent telephonic communication with the doctors.
