PENSIONS BILL DEBATE ALL-NIGHT DISCUSSION (Flt*o. Tel Copyrieht—United Press Assn.) (I’oreived Nov. 14, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 13. The House of Commons rose at 8.20 o'clock this morning, after a 17-hours sitting, of which 16 hours were spent on the Pensions Bill debate. There were 19 divisions. Sir Austen Chamberlain, on behalf of the Opposition, promised to get the bill through all stages by Tuesday. Mr. A. Greenwood accepted the compromise, the Liberals also assenting.
