Scoutmaster Cooksey, who was in charge of the Now Zealand contingent to the international Boy Scouts’ jamboree, in a message on behalf of the iboys, says they are returning with a determination to place scouting where it should be in the Dominion. As one of the greatest influences for good -which was ever spread over the world, it must have the help of all classes, and wants men of vision to come for- % ward and take up a work which was a great responsibility, and must only be undertaken by those with the welfare of -boys and the future of the eountry at heart. -
