ZoubkoiT, who professes to he staggered by the divorce proceedings brought by the ox-Kaiser's sister, declares lieu he entered Germany to see. his wife, "whose relativos are trying to estrange us," but was ordered to quit Germany in 48 hours. It is reported that the princess offered £SOO as compensation lor the return of certain letters, 'but ZoutJkoff demanded more.
