ARMISTICE DAY SERVICE . CAMPAIGN IN ENGLAND (United Service.) LONDON, Sept, 20. The Free Church Council meeting at Bristol is agitating for the elimination of the military aspect of the Armistice Day celebrations, urging that all services bo wholly civil and religious in character. The matter is likely to be discussed at next week’s meeting of the Metropolitan Free Church Federation. The secretary, the 'Rev. Samuel Horton, believes that the proposal will be strongly 'supported.
