The City of London Corporation has decided to confer tho freedom of the city upon Mr. Ramsay MacDonald and Mr. Philip Snowden, on the former for the indomitable courage, energy, and ability by which lie raised himself to iiis present high office, and also for his efforts to promote a better understanding with the United States and the limitation of armaments; and on the latter for the protection of British interests at Tho Hague.
