CHILD SEVERELY BURNED
(Special to the Herald.) AUCKLAND, tins day. Severe burns were sustained by the four-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles l’eterson, of Victoria Valley, through falling backwards into a .dish of boiling fowl food. She is in the Kaitaia Hospital, where her condition is regarded its critical.
