AERIAL POLICE
FRENCH MEASURE LONDON, August 7. The French Air Ministry has issued n bulletin warning airmen' that aerial police are empowered to deal with infractions of the rules for the proper conduct of flving, states the Paris correspondent of the Times." They have, been ordered to pursue offenders, and call on them to land. Their summons, which is equivalent to a shot across the bows, will take the form of harmless projectiles that burst and give off a thick black smoke,
