SCHOOLBOYS' TOUR

FAREWELL MESSAGES (Fer Press Association.) AUCKLAND, last night. The Governor-General has received the fallowing telegram from the directors of the English Public Schoolboys' Empire ton-, on the departure of the party from New Zealand: "The directors and boys of (be Empire tour desire to convey thanks for much kindness to Your Excellency and Her Excellency personally and through you, to the Government and people of New Zealand." His Excellency replied as follows: "Thank you for your telegram, which T will convey to all concerned, and which will be appreciated. Your visit has 1 know been a pleasure to the Government and people of New Zealand, and on their behalf and my own I wish you all a pleasant voyage and a happy return to your homes."
