A Russian detailed plan of campaign in South Africa to Create an independent black republic is reported bv Riga correspondents, who say the Communist international has issued final orders to the Communist party in South Africa for 'itffdiMfijd .agitation among the blacks. ‘Thes'e instructions'are based on the personal report ofl Miss Rebecca Bunting, South African comrade, who visited 'Moscow ’specially to describe progress- of the racial war in -South Africa. The “Friend’s House” m London has now issued an appeal for donations tq the “native legislation group.” The appeal'is signed by 10 persons, including Willoughby Dickinson, assistant chief secretary to the Government of Northern Rhodesia.
