DEFROSTED BEEF
QUEENSLAND EXPERIMENT (Australian and N.Z. Press Associal ion.i LONDON, Dec. 13. A number of leading Sniithfield men inspected 10 quarters of Queensland beef defrosted by the Anglo-Australian Defrosting Co.'s process. The general opinion was that the appearance, color and dryness of the meat was excellent. Tho process appears the most satisfactory seen yet, but experts declare the ultimate decision regarding success must lie left to the retailers. Hitherto only small lots have been marketed. One butcher purchased supplies three days running.
