Forty-one nations arc attending a conference at which a convention is I icing drawn up imposing a period of 15 years between first, gfac.lo international exhibitions at which the participants are require/! to build pavilions, and 10 years between second grade exhibitions in the same country.
it is a foregone conclusion that the British Empire -exhibitions will not be included. Mr. I'araeker represented Australia and Mr. Drew, New Zealand.
