POWDER EXPLOSION
CHARRED BODIES RECOVERED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association. ) (Received Nov. 21, 3 p.m.) PARIS, Nov. 20. Four bodies, charred beyond recognition, were recovered at Vincennes, one of -the largest cartridge fact erics in France. The -explosion occurred in the powder house and was heard several mill's away.
