CATTLE FAIR The cattle fair held under the auspices of the Poverty Pay Stockbrokers' Asso': elation at Hie' Mntawhero sale yards today met with a. good degree of success. The sale opened with a yarding of 1300 store cattle, which were uniformly good in condition. Bidding was spirited, and a brisk sale resulted. The entry in eluded most of the big lines, and bullocks made up to £l2 15s and £l2 2s. Two-year steers went lo £7 14s, while three-year steers brought £lO. Sturdy yearling steers made £6 16s and £6 IBs. Cows with calves realised up lo £8 18s.
