The inclement weather which has prevailed since the beginning Of the week lias resulted in practically no Work being done on thn waterfront during' the past three days. The collier Knmpoi, whu,h arrived from Wosipiat on Monday, has been unable to put out, much of her cargo owing to heavy seas in' the roadstead, and is now sheltering under I'onng Nick's Head.
