SOVIET GRAIN POLICY CONFISCATION TO END (Australian Press Assn —United Service. MOSCOW, July 21, A resolution published by the council of the People's Commissariat on the subject of grain storage, prohibits the application 'of'extraordinary measures, and particularly orders the immediate suspension- of all'forms of compulsory confiscation of grain, and any limitation on trade between villages. The resolution provides for an increase in the price of wheat extending to 20 kopecks per pood, according to the region, and also sanctions increases in the prices of oats and other cereals. The resolution instructs the commissariat to secure a timely supply of industrial goods for the peasants, and energetically fight the private distillation of spirits.
