ARRESTED ON NIAGARA Australian flnd N.Z. Press Association VICTORIA (8.C.), July 21. After n year's search by the Canadian and United States police, Mnthcw Biggar, with an international reputation, was arrested on the Niagara, which he boarded at Sydney, on arrival here, and is being held as ft suspect for swindling a Dutch East Indian visitor of 31,486 dollars at Atlantic City. It is a coincidence that Provincial Inspector Parsons was aboard, after touring the Antipodes. It is believed the New Zealand police gave the tip.
