The Stockholm correspondent of the Times states that the Government has decided that the Tornberg will return with the Cittn ili Milano, and will arrive at Narvik mi July 26 with tho Italia, survivors. General Nobile is going to Rome, via Stockholm. Russians and Italians will continue the search for the balloon party.
