CHANNEL RACE FOR WOMEN
LONDON, NoVy 26. Plans are being made for an international Channel swimming race for women, to be held next year. It is being organised by- the women’s section of the Swimming League' of Nations founded
by actual and would-be Channel swimmers. Up to date the following famous swimmers have sent in their names as nrobable competitors: Mrs. Clementine Corson (U.S.A.), Miss Edith Jensen (Denmark), Mrs. ? Ernest Vierkotter (Germany), Mme. Jeanne Sion (France).
