OPPOSITION TO SALE MAY BE DECLARED "BLACK" (Elec. Tel. Coryright-Unitod Press Msn.) (Received Nov. 18, noon.) SYDNEY, Nov. 18. The New South Wales Marine Transport group decided to recommend to Maritime workers throughout Australia ;i boycott of the. Commonwealth line steamers if they are sold. The group also suggested that all vessels of the line purchasing the ships should be declared "black" throughout Australia.
